Already today, you can book your apartment by signing a reservation agreement and lodging a deposit. The reservation contract is valid until the building permit becomes legally valid.

After building permit becomes legally effective, we will conclude a binding contract for a future contract, at whose signing the deposit will be paid 10% of the total purchase price, which includes the already paid reservation deposit.

Upon completion of the building’s rough construction, a 2nd installment of 20% of the dwelling price will be due (a mortgage loan can be used for this payment).

The final purchase agreement will be concluded after the completion, approval, acquisition of the building and specific dwelling units. With the signing of the purchase contract, the remaining part of the purchase price will be paid and the apartment transferred to the new owner (buyer).
